INTERVIEWERS-OPERATORS

ESTEL’s Production Department employs over 500 people working as interviewers, translators or keyboarding operators; they represent at least 7 different languages.

Telephone Interviewers
In charge of data collection, the interviewer carries out computer assisted telephone surveys (CATI system).

Required qualities : rigour, politeness, dynamism

Working hours are included between 8 am and 9 pm during the week and between 10 am and 6 pm on Saturdays; the average required availabilities are: three evenings a week and one Saturday out of two.

The agency takes charge of training.

Translators
Translations in about 20 different directions are regularly accomplished at ESTEL

Capabilities : perfectly bilingual, good keyboarding skills, good quality in spelling and syntax.

Work possibilities by half day or full day (office hours).

Work quantity variable according to the general planning; about 1 to 3 days a week depending on the direction of translation .

Capabilities : good keyboarding speed, good spelling and syntax quality.

Work possibility by half day or full day (office hours).
