Since 1980, ESTEL has dedicated itself to analysing and delivering accurate, reliable and useful information. Our action is oriented to helping our clients to understand consumers’ attitudes, behaviours and expectations.
This objective demands rigor and preciseness in each ESTEL’s department. Indeed, our NF Service certification and our Quality assurance system illustrate our “Quality-driven” organization.
It is also necessary to constantly upgrade our technical tools to improve our performance and reactivity : in 2004, we conducted a complete overhaul of our data handling process, through the implementation of a new Integrated Production Platform (IPP) .
However, an effective organization and high-performance devices are not enough. Without a real involvement among ESTEL’s teams, we could not guarantee high quality surveys to our clients. Each member of the staff – whatever his / her function in the supply chain – perfectly assimilated the need for quality of service and availability in order to accomplish our mission. High levels of motivation and enthousiasm are the best evidences of quality.
