The quality of survey results depends, above all, on the quality of the collected “raw material”.

ESTEL uses a variety of techniques to ensure high quality data collection :

• The telephone is a favored collection device
  (a wealth of detail and complete control of data collection as well as control of the representativity of the sample)



• CATI system developed to allow the interviewers to concentrate exclusively on the interview (general ergonomics and reading clarity, automatic management of appointments, immediate answer verification, simple delivery of questions from the interviewer’s point of view).



• There is no subcontracting of data collection, which guarantees its uniformity in time and space



• Specific interviewer briefing by team leaders and the Research Executive



• Physical presence of Managerial staff, high management rate



• Interviewers’ assessments based on qualitative criteria



• Physical proximity of Research and Fieldwork Teams.
