The AFNOR NF 323 standard - founded on the X 50-057 certification published in July 2000 – is the first French standard specifically designed for market research and opinion poll activities.
Jean Pierre Malosto – founder and president of ESTEL and administrator of Syntec Market Research and Opinion – is also president of the French NF Service Committee (a standardization commission that brings together advertisers and market research agencies, both of whom define the standard contents).
