MICA (Marketing Information and Consulting Activities), a market research agency created in Shanghai in December 2003, is a 100% subsidiary of ESTEL.

ESTEL created its Chinese subsidiary in response to its clients’ need to have the same devices and methods at their disposal in China as in the European market.

TECHNICAL AND HUMAN MEANS

MICA’s data collection and handling reliability is guaranteed by the following means :

CATI system developed by ESTEL

• 20 CATI work stations

It is possible to direct studies carried out by MICA from Paris.

• The PBX System offers supervision, recording and monitoring of the interviewers.


• There is constant interaction between MICA and ESTEL through videoconferencing.
