Internal surveys are aimed at collecting and analyzing staff opinions about different aspects of company life.
OBJECTIVES
The objectives of internal surveys are numerous :
- Identify strong points and areas for improvement
- Identify and rank staff dissatisfaction and anxiety factors
- Evaluate the effect of deployed actions
- Modify and optimize internal communications
- Measure potential evolutions.
